We arrive at Bride’s getting ready location & start the day with Bridal Details & Getting Ready Portraits.
About 2:45 pm my second shooter will go meet the Groom for his details and getting ready portraits

2:30pm - Bridal Details

Note: Ideally by the time we arrive, hair and make-up is already wrapping up. If something is going to delay the beginning of the day, it’s often HAMU.

Arrival & Details


3:15 p.m.

Groom + groomsmen depart for ceremony site & have their portraits taken.

3:15pm - Guys Depart

3:30 p.m.

Bride and bridesmaids depart for ceremony location. 
The Bride has gotten into her dress around 3:00pm

3:30pm - Ladies Depart


4:00 p.m.

The first look takes place.

Note: The First Look can take place at the getting ready location, ceremony, or reception location. It’s up to you! Although we’re happy to make recommendations.


4:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Bride & Groom + bridal party portraits.
5:30 Portraits are finished, party hide & I photograph reception details

6:00 p.m.

The ceremony takes place.

6:40 p.m. - 7:10 p.m.

Family portraits.

Note: We do family portraits right after the ceremony because everyone you need will be easy to grab. If you can give your family notice that we’ll be taking pictures immediately after the ceremony, that will also ensure that no one wanders off. We’ll help you create a list of family portraits before the big day. 


7:15 P.M. - 7:30 p.m. 

Additional Bridal Party and Bride & Groom Portraits

7:15pm Portraits

This is the time for any final Bridal Party portraits that weren't captured before the ceremony due to time. But more importantly this is time for some "Just Married" portraits during golden hour! 


7:15 p.M. 

Cocktail Hour

7:15pm Cocktail Hour 

Depending on what we were able to capture before the ceremony, you may opt out of the additional portrait time and go enjoy your cocktail hour!  This is one of the big advantages of having a first look is that you may get to attend your cocktail hour.

Introductions & First Dance

Welcome toasts & salads followed by speeches and entrees.

8:30 P.M.

Dancing Begins

8:30pm Dancing 

This includes special dances such as Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances.

Cake cutting followed by bouquet toss.

Special Exit should happen about 30 minutes before I depart, if you're choosing to do one.
