They met while in high school. They were just very good friends. It wasn’t until a few years later that they realized they missed each other, more than a friend should miss a friend. They were both finally single and decided to go for it, to give this a try. Flash forward a few years and now they’re engaged and plan to get married at The Lodges at Gettysburg next summer.
I met the girls at Lake Elkhorn on a gorgeous fall evening. Just when the leaves were at their peak around the lake, which always creates the best backdrop for portraits. The three of us a blast walking the lake, laughing at plenty of stories as we walked.
