So here’s the thing...You want
Almost a decade ago, the day started drenched in freezing rain. As we sat in our separate cabins, mine echoed with music and the laughter of family and close friends. My mom and sister tied me into my ivory lace gown. The belt hand sewn by my mother-in-law and Grandma was there to fix a stitch that came loose.
The rain stopped and I walked out onto the hill overlooking the Gettysburg landscape. Dressed in his suit, his back was to me. He turned around, “Wow. You look beautiful.” It’s all I had dreamed he would say. He said it two more times and every bit of stress I had melted away. All the butterflies were gone.
I learned so much in the process of planning my own wedding. It’s the little moments you don’t expect captured that, ten years later, mean the most. It’s the family members no longer with us. It’s the love in our eyes forever locked in those images. It’s the celebration, the joy and the quiet moments eternally saved. Now, our little humans sit in our laps as we flip through the pages of our wedding album, recounting the stories of mommy and daddy getting married.
Capturing the unexpected moments, the little moments in between, that’s my promise to you. I will capture your emotions so that you will always be able to look back and remember the joy you felt that day. I promise to capture your stories so that in ten years, twenty years, fifty years, your littles and grand littles, can sit on your lap as you recount the joy of your beginning. Best of all, my team and I promise to capture it all in a way that gives you the freedom to sit back, relax and actually enjoy having your portrait taken!

get to know me better
After ten years in business and over 150 weddings photographed, you're in good hands. Promise. I know how to get you to have fun, and make sure to relieve that awkward feeling you're so stressed about!
I started working with Meghan in the fall of 2017. I found her through instagram, reached out to see if she would be ok with me assisting for a wedding. There was a draw there for me, photographing weddings. Something about it just really interested me. Well, Meghan welcomed me to join and I haven't left! We hit it off immediately.
Only two years later, when I was planning my own wedding for April of 2019 to my hunk of a husband, Shawn, I knew Meghan had to photograph it for me! Now here I am as a mama of two - Maddie and Alex. Oh and can't forget my "first born", Nugget! He's my 11 year old yellow lab and seriously love him beyond words - even if he did eat the groom's cake at our wedding!
