You've thoroughly combed through my website, blog and Instagram feed and you like what you see. So the next step is sending me an email and I'll send over all the details to answer all your questions.
A signed contract by you both and a non-refundable retainer will officially reserve your date on my calendar. Once reserved, I'll send over a few goodies to help you prepare for the session.
About 45 minutes to an hour, we'll spend sometime at the location of your choice playing, running, laughing, tickling and capturing this perfect family of yours!
You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about six to eight weeks of your wedding. At that time, I'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums.
50% of the total cost is due at booking and the balance is due on the day of the photography session.
Session time varies depending on the package you select. Mini sessions are approx. 15-20 minutes while regular sessions span average about an hour.
The week leading up to a session, I pay close attention to the forecasted weather for the day of the event, but as we all know the forecast is sometimes not correct. Depending on the time of your session will determine when we decide if we need to reschedule or not. We’ll be in constant communication about it and make the decision together—but no worries, we will reschedule for a perfect day and there will be no charge to you whatsoever.
For family portrait sessions, I recommend limiting your outfit choices to one with a maximum of two. I'd rather we spend more time taking portraits than having to spend 15-20 minutes of your hour time slot getting everyone changed. If you really want two looks, dress in layers and accessories that can be stripped for a new look.
I’d love to share some of my favorite places! Don’t feel like you are limited to my suggestions. Also, please keep in mind that when kids are involved, it’s best to stick to one setting, such as a park or playground. Pick a place where they are comfortable being themselves. I encourage you to think of a place that has meaning to you (a spot you frequent, an activity you enjoy doing together, etc.) if that doesn’t help, then I have a list of locations we can go off of.
No. They are not. The $450 covers the time to photograph & edit your portraits. It also includes the files for you to use for personal use.
