Working as a wedding photographer for a wedding photographer is a challenge I anxiously but also very excitedly looked forward to. I should’ve know after meeting Addie and Justin for their engagement session and a handful of conversations with Addie that this would be a photographers dream! Addie and Justin’s Michener Museum wedding in Doylestown, PA was beautiful and one of a kind! The ceremony and reception space were breathtaking, with floor to ceiling glass walls and an enormous stone wall just outside the space. An elegant and timeless color scheme of white, light pink, blush and green was featured in the beautiful floral arrangements by Flora Event Designs which accentuated the day’s natural feel of ease and beauty. While the details are a favorite of mine to shoot, my real love and focus are my couples. Meeting Addie and Justin a year ago for their Hotel Bethlehem engagement portraits feels like forever ago, but somehow when we met up with Addie and saw Justin just before their first look we were able to pick right back up where we left off. These two are playful, loving, and genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They are so easy to spend time with and honestly I just want to be in their friend group. It is obvious they care so deeply for each other and their families. I knew this day would be full of tears, both the guests and myself, but I had no idea how many tears I personally would shed. Addie and Justin, both in tears during their wedding vows had everyone welling up, but then almost in the same breath had us hysterically laughing. After they were pronounced Mr. and Mrs. Lieberman, everyone had a great time catching up during cocktail hour and couldn’t wait for reception. Special dances are always a favorite of mine, after parent dances Addie shared a special dance with her four brothers individually. Which completely melted me. These brothers of hers absolutely adore her and you can tell they have a great bond with Justin. It was finally time for open dance and their guests were ready! While Addie, Justin and all their friends and family celebrated the best day by jamming out to some old school rap and hip hop, most of me wanted to put the camera down and just dance, but I kept my cool from the sidelines and captured all the wild dance moves!  

Addie and Justin, working with you two was an absolute dream! Thank you so much for trusting me to capture your day and for trusting Meghan to edit it. We both wish you two a lifetime of happiness, and all the wedded bliss!
