Erin is the owner and lead consultant for her pediatric sleep consultant company, Chasing Sweet Dreams. Back in the summer of 2022, Lillian, my daughter, was roughly six months old. I was two and a half hours away with three hours left on my contracted shoot time. Lillian was at home screaming as my husband and mother-in-law attempted to put her to bed without the ability to nurse to sleep. After crying for roughly an hour, she finally fell asleep out of pure exhaustion. We KNEW it was time to bring in some help and get her past her need to nurse to fall asleep. I knew about Erin from my sister-in-law and had been following her on social media for a while. That night, while at the wedding, I sent her a direct message through Instagram in complete desperation! Within a few days we were on her list of clients. Within a month, Lil was falling asleep independently, staying asleep and even sleeping in. It hasn’t been perfect since then. I’m actually currently writing this a year later at 12:37am while Lil plays at my feet. She just got over being really sick and that threw off her sleep cycle and ability to self-soothe. However, thanks for Erin and the knowledge she gave us, we know exactly how to get Lil back on track and back to solid nights of sleep!
