Kevin and Kerstin met while students at The College of New Jersey in August 2016 and became friends almost instantly. A little over two years would pass before they would take their friendship to a new level and ventured out on a date to a sushi restaurant in 2018. Fast forward a few more years to 2022 on October 15th, Kevin finally got down on one knee while they were exploring Duke Gardens in North Carolina and pop the questioned! Obviously Kerstin gave a resounding yes and the planning process began. With their faith being a very integral part of their individual lives, it’s played a huge part in their relationship and as a result being married in a church was very important to them. So the search for the perfect church began and naturally they landed on one of the most gorgeous churches in the country, the Baltimore Basilica, also known as Basilica of the Assumption. Their Baltimore Basilica wedding was followed up with a reception at The Mansion at Valley Country Club in Towson which turned into quite the party. It was a day full of beauty, intimate moments and pure celebration!

Kevin and Kerstin, thank you again for asking me to be there to capture this day for you. You planned a perfect wedding day and I’m so glad I was able to be there for you to serve you and document it. I have loved getting to know the two of you and pray that your marriage is one for the books.
