The original plan was to capture Megan & Brett’s engagement portraits at Patapsco State Park. Then Megan & Brett arrived at 7:30 am on a Tuesday morning and we discovered, they don’t open til 9 am! So it was a quick last minute scrambled to decide where to go? Obviously, we went with the gorgeous Howard County Conservancy. It was an absolutely freezing morning covered in fog. The fog was a very different experience to photograph in. Something I’ve never worked with before but I pretty much loved it! The cold fog lent these Howard County Conservancy Engagement Portraits to be a little extra romantic. To encourage Megan and Brett to get a little cozier and cuddle a little closer and that was exactly what they did. They got closer and they got playful! They were an absolute blast to photograph and I can’t wait for their Lodges at Gettysburg wedding next fall.
