Howard County Engagement photos in Old Ellicott City & the Howard County Conservancy

It took sometime for Robyn to decide where she wanted to have their photos taken but once she finally picked the two best spots for their Howard County Engagement photos – I knew it would be perfect! You can’t get better than Old Ellicott City & the Howard County Conservancy for engagement pictures. They both have such unique and individual looks that work so cohesively together. We dreamed of warm golden sun or snow flurries – well unfortunately we didn’t get either. We got just some gloomy skies and strong breezes. We froze our butts off…when we were done I was afraid I would never be able to move my pointer finger again. But I’m perfectly fine with it(and it did warm up again haha). These two rocked it.

The way these two are together completely makes sense. I’ve known Travis & his family for about 15 years now or so, he comes from one of the loudest, craziest, life of the party families but also one of the sweetest and most loving families. Robyn has had no problem jumping right into that crazy party love and making her own spot in the family. I’m bummed I can’t make their wedding – its going to be one incredibly beautiful, love filled & insane party – but I’m excited to see where life continues to take them.

So just as I hit the shutter button, I lost my balance and ruined the crop a little. Ok, I accidentally cut off the top of Travis’ head…which is a big no no obviously…but still, even though technically the crop isn’t the best – there is something that I absolutely adore about this image.
