These Roland Avenue Family Portraits are truly something special!

Kathy called me a few weeks ago with a very specific date and time for a special shoot – fortunately with it being winter and falling into a slower season instead of the height of spring and summer wedding season, I was quickly and easily able to accommodate this special request. Kathy is one of five. Five girls that is! So when all five of them we’re going to be in the same room for the weekend they knew they had to do something special. But what?! After some thought and realizing that the weekend was in close proximity to their mother’s 80th birthday and that they haven’t had professional photos of the five of them in over 20 some years, they knew that had to be it! We decided to meet at Kathy’s absolutely beautiful home on Roland Avenue and capture the girls there. They want mainly formal images with some moments of fun. Well majority of the shoot I have to say was fun, these girls are hilarious together. The stories they were telling, I got a real glimpse into their lives and their family, especially their mother! She sounds like a real hoot! Anyways, enjoy these 5 beauties and their Roland Avenue Family Portraits!

The piano shots are my absolute favorites! Apparently all 5 of them play, so we had to grab some pictures around them big grand.

Lynn made these aprons for her 4 sisters, so they wanted to make sure to grab a shot or two with them all in them. Such a great bunch of sisters!
