The first time I met Elisha was at my wedding. It was a incredibly short encounter, she hugged me and wished me congratulations and introduced herself in the midst of cocktail hour after I had just come in from having our portraits taken. I spent all of maybe 30 seconds with her before being whisked away to the next person but I walked away thinking, she’s sweet. Wes is one of the hubby’s best friends from highschool and I’m so glad they two of them have stayed in contact all these years because now we are all blessed to call the three of them very close friends. We’ve even vacationed with them already and I have a feeling there will be plenty more adventures with this family. Olivia and Jack are eight months apart and it’s already so much fun to watch the two of them together, we hope they stay close as they grow up and enjoy each other’s company as much we the hubby and I enjoy Wes and Elisha. We’ve even decided that these two are betrothal options if needed haha. Elisha asked me to come over to their stunning home for their Bernville Family Portraits back in December. Olivia is going to be one February and so naturally we grabbed a few first birthday portraits of her, with her birthday party theme “Winter ONE-derland” before adventuring out into the cold for their family portraits around their farm.
Elisha and Wes, thank you both so much for your friendship! We absolutely love you guys and love spending time with you. Here’s too many many more years of friendship, adventures and of course portrait sessions. Olivia, sweet girl, Happy early Birthday!! Can’t believe you’re already one! Man time is flying. I feel like I’ll be saying this before I know it when I share your high school graduation portraits. Anyways, thanks guys for asking me to capture these for you! Love you all!
