As a business grows and expands, you need to reevaluate the experience you’re providing for your clients. That’s exactly where I am at my current stage of business. How can I improve upon my client’s entire experience from start to finish? Are there ways I can love on them a little bit more and increase the value of their experience with me? The first place I’m starting is with my client gifting. Most of it is something that I want to keep a surprise for my clients, I don’t want clients booking with me out of expectations for gifts. However, I would absolutely love to help the photography business world and provide some of my thoughts and advice to other photographers that are in this same stage I’m in. So let me share with you the final gift my wedding clients will begin to receive in the coming year.
A few weeks after receiving their full gallery through PASS, they will receive a thank you gift in the mail. It will include a beautifully packaged box that holds 10 of my favorite wedding photos, a USB drive with their wedding and engagement portraits on it, and a thank you note sealed with a wax seal.
This is a gift that I’ve spent hours researching, thinking through, planning and shopping for. It’s a gift I am incredibly excited to gift my clients with and I hope they will love it as much I love it!
