A few months ago, Meaghan of Fleurt Beauty Company Marco Poloed me (this awesome video text app it’s basically the only way the two of us communicate with each other now). She goes, “I have a crazy idea and I’m hoping you’ll be on board?!”
Meaghan had recently met Caroline of The Voices Collection and the two of them had decided they were going to create a podcast. To launch said podcast, they needed some branding portraits. Meaghan and Caroline didn’t want just any old headshots, they wanted fun creative portraits.

“So Meg, what do you think about smoke bombs at Graffiti Alley?!”

Of course I was in!! Unfortunately Meaghan forgot to order the smoke bombs in time but found some fireworks and personally, I think I prefer the fireworks!

So this podcast, what is this podcast I mentioned? I’ll let them explain.

“This is a place to use our actual voices. To connect, first and foremost, with ourselves and get real vulnerable and personal.  To explore producing and releasing longer-form content.  To talk with our mentors, our heros, our favorite people.  About whatever we want.  To practice our listening and interviewing skills.  To fully express our voices.

In retrospect, it was bound to be that The Collection would eventually get an actual voice in a podcast.  It was all Meaghan’s idea:  “We have such great conversations…  You wanna do a podcast?”  Duh, I’m in – how hard can it be?  It’s pretty easy (now that we have figured it out!), and it’s been a blast.  Join us, or let’s create another show!” – Caroline & Meaghan

OH & fun little fact…after we captured their portraits we went back to Meaghan’s house and recorded 4 episodes where I’m a guest and that first episode is out today. So go have a listen!!
