As I stood down at the waterfront walk at the Concord Point Lighthouse waiting for Darlene and Ben to arrive, I soaked it all in. I’ve been down there before and thought it was pretty but for some reason, I saw it differently. It was probably the light. The way that golden sun lay on the grass and fell through the trees, kissed the rose bushes. It was warmer and more welcoming. Inspiring and confidence boosting. Spending the evening getting to know Darlene and Ben was a good time. Hearing about their wedding plans, their careers, and plans for their weekend – a trip to Gettysburg. We only explore the waterfront park and kept to the water, which is the best spot in Havre De Grace, at least in my opinion. I absolutely love the time engagement portraits allow for us to get to know one another!
