The Sun fell behind the mountains of Charlottesville, Virginia blanketing the white barn of Castle Hill Cider in a cool blue shade. Inside hundreds of candles lit, tables covered in florals. Josie and Chris sat at the long barn wood table surrounded by their bridal party. Laughter filled the room as Chris’ brother gave his best man toast at this Castle Hill Cider wedding. His laughter filled speech was the perfect follow up for Monica’s sentimental and tear filled speech, even though Monica also had some good punches in there to keep her own speech upbeat. Both shared life long stories about Chris and Josie. Both shared some pieces of advice. The resounding similarities between the two speeches, how much Chris and Josie are loved. Something that after working with them for the past year, after having met them in 2020 at Monica and Brendan’s wedding, I can only agree with. They are a blast of a couple. Fun loving wouldn’t do these two justice. If their fun, laid-back personalities aren’t enough of a reason to love them, then their genuine sense of giving and kindness will put you onto Team J&C for sure! It’s obvious why they fell in love with each other.
Chris and Josie, I seriously can’t thank you two enough for inviting down to Charlottesville with you. Thank you for trusting me to capture such a valuable day in your life and ultimately for just being so amazing! I have absolutely loved working with you both and look forward to the next time. Congratulations loves, enjoy the West Coast!!
