This past year – ok so only about 2 months ago, November 1st, Nick & I celebrated our first year wedding anniversary. For our wedding we were gifted a gift certificate to a bed & breakfast in Lancaster, PA. So we took advantage of that and headed up there on Friday till Saturday. Unfortunately I didn’t grab any pictures while we were there – but we spent Saturday wandering around Litiz, PA and exploring the little shops and watching the Halloween Day parade.

Sunday morning, we got up and headed up to Gettysburg, PA. Being that we got married in Gettysburg, what’s more perfect than spending your actual anniversary where you got married. We brought our dog Jake along and took the audio tour through the battlefields. We grabbed a pizza and ate in the car. We even stopped at The Lodges at Gettysburg, where we got married and grabbed a quick picture! We came home and ordered carry-out from a favorite of ours, Cheesecake Factory and watched some movies and just relaxed. The day was perfect. A perfect celebration of us and a huge milestone.

Oh and did I mention that Nick bought me flowers the week leading up to our anniversary and had the delivered to my office. <3
