Nothing like waiting six months to blog these Downtown Annapolis Family Portraits, but it’s better late than never. I met the Ewing family one Saturday morning in October when the leaves in Downtown Annapolis were just starting to change and the weather was finally a perfect comfortable temperature that begged you to be outside. Sarah and Spencer had just recently moved back to Annapolis after being stationed in Florida for the past few years and wanted to capture this new season with their sweet little James. James was all smiles and snuggles for his mama. He reminded me so much of Jack, which honestly just made me want to rush home to my own sweet boy! One of my favorite parts about this session, was that Sarah and Spencer wanted pictures of just the two of them. So often mamas and dads just having portraits of themselves taken together and just focus on the kids. I get it! But I really believe it’s so important to keep a strong focus on your marriages and one of the ways to do that is to take some pictures of just the two of you.
