Well I know a little partial and definitely biased. However, you all have to agree, I have the cutest nephew and God Son! The big bright blue eyes. That Canadian Tuxedo. That laugh and smile. Those four little teeth poking out. Every last bit of him melts my heart! This little man is growing like a weed and is already a year old, which is just mind-blowing! I have no idea where this past year went. So what do you do when your Aunt is a professional photographer, you head out to the park and take some first birthday portraits. This park is a daily trip for Klive and Mama, so it only made sense to make this the spot for our pictures. Capturing in his element, exactly how he is and where he is at one year old. Happy Birthday my sweet boy!! Aunt Meg loves you!! <3

These five images are my favorites! The weekend of his birthday, he was quickly and confidently growing in the standing by himself movement and these five images capture him standing for the longest amount of him without any assistance. I love how scared he looks and realizes he can do it and how excited and proud of himself he becomes!!
