These Safari Themed Baby Shower images are a little extra special to me. Not only was I asked to photograph the details but I was a guest. It was Sam’s baby shower. In case you don’t remember, Sam is a very dear friend of mine. She’s one of my second shooters and associate photographers and our friendship has grown over the years she’s been working for me. Sam is super detail oriented and it’s safe to say a little type a! So she took over the reigns of her baby shower and made it coordinate with the nursery, a Safari theme. At the time of the shower, we had no idea the gender of the baby (I was team boy…I was wrong!) Maddie’s newborn portraits will be up on the blog in a few days but in the meantime, enjoy her very gorgeous shower.

Oh and Jack got to attend the shower with me. He was definitely super popular amongst the ladies and I even joked that it’s a good thing I know and feel comfortable with Sam’s family cause Jack was taken from me while I was doing the photos and I didn’t see him for about thirty minutes while everyone loved on him.
